I had to make a structure with balsa sticks using the platonic and archimedean solids as inspiration. We made nine different sections that could be different in size but had to have the same amount of edges and faces. My inspiration came from the image of a sculpture. Each of the nine sections is built like the sections in the picture, however, in the end it was not visually pleasing. I then starting connecting and stacking the sections and developed this form.
